Contracts are concluded according to Italian regulations. Payment methods, times, deliveries and responsibilities are specified in the estimate and written contract.

Materials, projects and documentation remain the property of Affarizone unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

Warranties are applied within the limits provided by law. Affarizone is not responsible for damages indirect or lost opportunities resulting from the use of projects.

Consumer rights and dispute resolution

Consumers can exercise the rights provided by the Consumer Code and GDPR. For civil disputes, the competent Italian court for the registered office applies, unless otherwise agreed.
